,honoring ,service ,through ,national   
,park ,access ,act4  #b4 ,national      
,parks and ,federal ,recreational ,lands
 ,pass for veterans ,section #hje7;b7 of
 division ,j of the ,consolidated       
,appropriations ,act1 #bjje 7#af        
,u4,s4,c4 #fhjd7;b771 is amended by     
adding at the end the following3  7#c7  
,veteran discount  7,a7 ,in general ,the
 ,secretary shall make the ,national    
,parks and ,federal ,recreational ,lands
 ,pass available1 at a cost of #hj1 to  

any veteran who was separated from      
military service under conditions other 
than dishonorable1 if the veteran       
provides proof of that status by        
providing a copy of the ,certificate of 
,release or ,discharge from ,active     
,duty 7,department of ,defense ,form    
,,dd#bad7 or valid military retiree     
identification card of the veteran4     
7,b7 ,term ,a ,national ,parks and      
,federal ,recreational ,lands ,pass     
issued under this paragraph shall be    
valid for the lifetime of the           
passholder4  4
