clarify that nonprofit organizations    
such as ,habitat for ,humanity may      
accept donated mortgage appraisals1 and 
for other purposes4  #a4 ,exemption from
 ,truth in ,lending ,act ,section       
#abi;,e7i7 of the ,truth in ,lending    
,act 7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #afci;e7i77 is      
amended by adding at the end the        
following3  7#d7 ,rule of construction  
related to appraisal donations ,for     
purposes of paragraph 7#a71 if a fee    
appraiser voluntarily donates appraisal 
services to an organization described in
 section #agj7;c77#b7 of the ,internal  
,revenue ,code of #aihf1 such voluntary 
donation shall be deemed customary and  
reasonable4  4
