and inserting #bjai4  7c7 ,authorization
 for loans ,section #cdf7;b7 of the     
,consolidated ,farm and ,rural          
,development ,act 7#g ,u4,s4,c4

paragraph 7#a7-- 7,a7 in the matter     
preceding subparagraph 7,a71 by striking
 ,the ,secretary may and all that       
follows through #bjah and inserting ,of 
the funds of the ,commodity ,credit     
,corporation1 the ,secretary shall      
deposit into the ,agricultural ,credit  
,insurance ,fund provided for in section
 #cji and use from the ,fund to make or 
guarantee loans under subtitles ,a and

applicable inflation percentage in      
accordance with paragraph 7#e77 for each
