,calendars1 and for other purposes4 #a4 ,short title ,this ,act may be cited as the ,preventing ,additional ,printing of ,electronic ,records ,act of #bjah or the ,,paper ,act of #bjah4 #b4 ,limitation on printing of congressional record ,section #ijf of title #dd1 ,united ,states ,code1 is amended to read as follows3 #ijf4 ,congressional ,record3 gratuitous copies2 delivery 7a7 ,in general ,the ,director of the ,government ,publishing ,office shall furnish the ,congressional ,record to an entity named in subsection 7b7 during a session of ,congress only-- 7#a7 after the entity makes a request to receive copies during that session2 and 7#b7 in accordance with the limitations described in subsection 7b74 7b7 ,limitations on copies ,after an entity makes a request under subsection 7a77#a71 the ,director of the ,government ,publishing ,office shall provide copies of the ,congressional ,record to the entity as follows3 7#a7 ,of the bound edition-- 7,a7 to the ,senate ,service ,department1 not more than #e copies for the ,vice ,president and each ,senator2 7,b7 to the ,secretary and ,sergeant at ,arms of the ,senate1 each1 not more than #b copies2 7,c7 to the ,joint ,committee on ,printing1 not more than #ajj hundred copies2 7,d7 to the ,house of ,representatives ,publications ,distribution ,service1 not more than #c copies for each ,representative1 including each ,delegate and ,resident ,commissioner to the ,congress2 and 7,e7 to the ,clerk and the ,sergeant at ,arms of the ,house of ,representatives1 each1 not more than #b copies4 7#b7 ,of the daily edition-- 7,a7 to the ,vice ,president1 not more than #ajj hundred copies2 7,b7 to each ,senator1 not more than #ej copies 7which may be transferred only to public agencies and institutions72 semimonthly edition1 bound in paper cover together with each semimonthly index when it is issued1 and then delivered promptly upon request as follows3 7,a7 ,to each committee and commission of specified for daily copies may not be transferred for the bound form4 7d7 ,depository libraries ,the ,director of the ,government ,publishing ,office shall furnish to the ,superintendent of ,documents as many daily and bound copies of the ,congressional ,record as may be required for distribution to depository libraries4 4 #c4 ,opt-in to receive ,house calendars ,the ,clerk of the ,house of ,representatives shall not provide printed copies of the calendars of the ,house to any office of the ,house unless requested by such office4 #d4 ,effective date ,this ,act1 and the amendment made by this ,act1 shall take effect on the date that is #fj days after the date of enactment of this ,act4
