purposes4 and be it further  ,that the  
,house agree to the amendment numbered

bill1 with the following  ,in lieu of   
the matter proposed to be inserted by   
the amendment numbered #f of the

there is the greatest opportunity to    

reduce childhood and adolescence        
exposure to or engagement in violent    
extremism or extremist ideologies4  4

following sums are appropriated1 out of 
any money in the ,treasury not otherwise
 appropriated1 for disaster relief for  
the fiscal year ending ,september #cj1  
#bjag1 and for other purposes1 namely3  
,,department ,,of ,,homeland ,,security 
,federal ,emergency ,management ,agency 
,disaster ,relief ,fund ,for an         
additional amount for ,disaster ,relief 
,fund for major disasters declared      
pursuant to the ,robert ,t4 ,stafford   
,disaster ,relief and ,emergency        
,assistance ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #eaba et
 seq471 #g1djj1jjj1jjj1 to remain       
available until expended3 ,provided1    
,that such amount is designated by the  
,congress as being for an emergency     
requirement pursuant to section         
#bea7;b77#b77;,a77i7 of the ,balanced   
,budget and ,emergency ,deficit ,control

 ,act of #aihe3 ,provided further1 ,that
 the amount designated under this       
heading as an emergency requirement     
pursuant to section #bea7;b77#b77;,a77i7
 of the ,balanced ,budget and ,emergency
 ,deficit ,control ,act of #aihe shall  
be available only if the ,president     
subsequently so designates such amount  
and transmits such designation to the   
,congress4 ,,small ,,business           
,,administration  ,disaster ,loans      
,program ,account  7,including ,transfer
 of ,funds7 ,for an additional amount   
for the ,disaster ,loans ,program       
,account for the cost of direct loans   
authorized by section #g7;b7 of the

remain available until expended3

be transferred to and merged with       
,salaries and ,expenses for             
administrative expenses to carry out the
 disaster loan program authorized by

,act3 ,provided further1 ,that none of  

the funds provided under this heading   
may be used for indirect administrative 
expenses3 ,provided further1 ,that the  
amount provided under this heading is   
designated as an emergency requirement

 of the ,balanced ,budget and ,emergency
 ,deficit ,control ,act of #aihe3       
,provided further1 ,that the amount     
designated under this heading as an     
emergency requirement pursuant to
