stop a scheduled increase in the minimum
 wage applicable to ,american ,samoa and
 to provide that any future increases in
 such minimum wage shall be determined  
by the ,secretary of ,labor4  #a4 ,short
 title ,this ,act may be cited as the   
,american ,samoa ,job ,protection       
,expansion ,act of #bjag4  #b4 ,minimum 
wage applicable to ,american ,samoa     
,section #hajc7;b77#b7 of the ,fair     
,minimum ,wage ,act of #bjjg 7#bi       
,u4,s4,c4 #bjf7;b77#b7 note7 is amended 
by striking subparagraph 7,b7 and       
inserting the following3  7,b7 increased
 thereafter by such amount and at such  
time as determined by the ,secretary of 
,labor through special industry
