,states ,code1 is amended by inserting 1
 or under section #abcjd;b of this      
title1 after section #aja7;a77#ac77;,b7 

of this title4  7b7 ,transitional health
 benefits following demobilization      
,section #aade7;a77#b7 of such title is 
amended by adding at the end the        
following new subparagraph3  7,g7 ,a    
member who is separated from active duty
 after a period on active duty in excess
 of #cj days under an order to active   
duty under section #abcjd;a or #abcjd;b 
of this title4  4  7c7 ,reduced         
eligibility age for receipt of          
non-,regular service retired pay        
,section #abgca7;f77#b77;,b7 is         
amended-- 7#a7 by redesignating clauses 
7iii7 and 7iv7 as clauses 7iv7 and 7v71 
respectively2  7#b7 by inserting after  
clause 7ii7 the following new clause    
7iii73  7iii7 ,service on active duty   
described in this subparagraph is also  
service on active duty after the date of
 the enactment of this clause under an  
order to active duty under section      
#abcjd;b of this title4  2 and  7#c7 in 
clause 7iv71 as redesignated by         
paragraph 7#a71 by inserting or 7iii7
