conveyance of certain property to the   
,yukon ,kuskokwim ,health ,corporation  
located in ,bethel1 ,alaska4  #a4       
,conveyance of property  7a7 ,in general
 ,as soon as practicable after the date 
of the enactment of this ,act1 but not  
later than #ahj days after such date1   
the ,secretary of ,health and ,human    
,services 7referred to in this ,act as  
the ,secretary7 shall convey to the     
,yukon ,kuskokwim ,health ,corporation  
located in ,bethel1 ,alaska1 all the    
right1 title1 and interest of the       
,united ,states in and to the property  
described in section #b for use in      
connection with health and social       
services programs4 ,the ,secretary's    
conveyance of title by warranty deed    
under this section shall1 on its        
effective date1 supersede and render of 
no future effect any quitclaim deed to  
the property described in section #b    
executed by the ,secretary and the      
,yukon ,kuskokwim ,health ,corporation4 

7b7 ,conditions ,the conveyance of the  
property under this ,act-- 7#a7 shall be
 made by warranty deed2  7#b7 shall not 
require any consideration from the      
,yukon ,kuskokwim ,health ,corporation  
for the property2  7#c7 shall not impose
 any obligation1 term1 or condition on  
the ,yukon ,kuskokwim ,health           
,corporation2 and  7#d7 shall not allow 
for any reversionary interest of the    
,united ,states in the property4  #b4   
,property described ,the property1      
including all land and appurtenances1   
described in this section is that       
property included in ,u4,s4 ,survey ,no4
 #djjj1 ,lot #b1 township #h,n1 ,range  
#ga,w1 ,seward ,meridian1 containing    
#bb4ih acres4  #c4 ,environmental       
liability  7a7 ,in general              
,notwithstanding any other provision of 
law1 the ,yukon ,kuskokwim ,health      
,corporation shall not be liable for any
 soil1 surface water1 groundwater1 or   
other contamination resulting from the  
disposal1 release1 or presence of any   

environmental contamination1 including  
any oil or petroleum products1 or any   
hazardous substances1 hazardous         
materials1 hazardous waste1 pollutants1 
toxic substances1 solid waste1 or any   
other environmental contamination or    
hazard as defined in any ,federal or    
,state of ,alaska law1 on any of the    
property described in section #b on or  
before the date on which the property is
 conveyed to the ,yukon ,kuskokwim      
,health ,corporation4  7b7 ,easement    
,the ,secretary shall be accorded any   
easement or access to the property      
conveyed under this ,act as may be      
reasonably necessary to satisfy any     
retained obligation or liability of the 
,secretary4  7c7 ,notice of hazardous   
substance activity and warranty ,in     
carrying out this ,act1 the ,secretary
