industry guides of the ,securities and

industry guides  7a7 ,definition ,in    
this section1 the term ,commission means
 the ,securities and ,exchange          
,commission4  7b7 ,updates to industry  
guides ,not later than #ahj days after  
the date of enactment of this ,act1 the 
,commission shall--  7#a7 update-- 7,a7 
the industry guides described in        
subsections 7d7 and 7g7 of section      
#bbi4hja of title #ag1 ,code of ,federal
 ,regulations1 and section #bbi4hjb7;g7 
of title #ag1 ,code of ,federal         
,regulations2 and  7,b7 subpart         

#bbi4abjj of title #ag1 ,code of        
,federal ,regulations2 and  7#b7 in     
making the updates required under       
paragraph 7#a71 work with the ,investor 
,advisory ,committee1 which shall--     
7,a7 solicit and consider public input  
on appropriate disclosures to include2  
and  7,b7 submit specific               
recommendations to the ,commission4  7c7
 ,enforcement ,if the ,commission fails 
to meet the deadline under subsection   
7b71 the ,chairman of the ,commission   
shall provide a report to and testify   
before the ,committee on ,banking1      
,housing1 and ,urban ,affairs of the    
,senate and the ,committee on ,financial
 ,services of the ,house of             
,representatives explaining why the     
,commission failed to meet the deadline4
