,,bill  ,to amend the ,internal ,revenue
 ,code of #aihf to allow the volumetric 
excise tax credit for liquid fuel       
derived from natural gas through the    
,fischer-,tropsch process4  #a4         
,volumetric excise tax credit for liquid
 fuel derived from natural gas through  
,fischer-,tropsch process  7a7 ,in      
general ,section #fdbf7;d77#b77;,e7 of  
the ,internal ,revenue ,code of #aihf is
 amended-- 7#a7 by inserting or at the  
end1  7#b7 by striking liquid fuel which
 meets and inserting the following3     
liquid fuel which--  7i7 meets  1 and   
7#c7 by adding at the end1 as amended by
 the preceding provisions of this       
section1 the following new clause3  7ii7
 is derived from natural gas through    
such process1  4  7b7 ,effective date   

,the amendments made by this section    
shall apply to any sale or use for any  
period after the date of the enactment  
of this ,act4
