the ,veterans ,small ,business          
,enhancement ,act of #bjae4  #b4 ,access
 to excess or surplus property for      
veteran-owned small businesses          
,subparagraph 7,b7 of section           
#cb7;c77#c7 of the ,small ,business ,act
 7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #feg;b7c77#c77;,b77 is  
amended--  7#a7 in clause 7v71 by       
striking 2 and and inserting a          
semicolon2  7#b7 in clause 7vi71 by     
striking the period at the end and      

inserting 2 and2 and  7#c7 by inserting 
at the end the following new clause3
