,washington ,soap ,box ,derby           
,association 7in this resolution        
referred to as the sponsor7 shall be    
permitted to sponsor a public event1    
soap box derby races 7in this resolution
 referred to as the event71 on the      
,capitol ,grounds4  7b7 ,date of ,event 
,the event shall be held on ,june #bj1  
#bjae1 or on such other date as the     
,speaker of the ,house of               
,representatives and the ,committee on  
,rules and ,administration of the       
,senate jointly designate4  #b4 ,terms  
and conditions  7a7 ,in ,general ,under 
conditions to be prescribed by the      
,architect of the ,capitol and the      

,capitol ,police ,board1 the event shall
 be--  7#a7 free of admission charge and
 open to the public2 and  7#b7 arranged 
not to interfere with the needs of      
,congress4  7b7 ,expenses and           
,liabilities ,the sponsor shall assume  
full responsibility for all expenses and
 liabilities incident to all activities 
associated with the event4  #c4 ,event  
preparations ,subject to the approval of
 the ,architect of the ,capitol1 the    
sponsor is authorized to erect upon the 
,capitol ,grounds such stage1 sound     
amplification devices1 and other related
 structures and equipment as may be     
required for the event4  #d4 ,additional
 arrangements ,the ,architect of the    
,capitol and the ,capitol ,police ,board
 are authorized to make such additional 
arrangements as may be required to carry
 out the event4  #e4 ,enforcement of    
restrictions ,the ,capitol ,police      
,board shall provide for enforcement of 
the restrictions contained in section   
#eajd7;c7 of title #dj1 ,united ,states 

,code1 concerning sales1 advertisements1
 displays1 and solicitations on the     
,capitol ,grounds1 as well as other     
restrictions applicable to the ,capitol 
,grounds1 with respect to the event4
