,states ,code1 to improve the           
,transition ,assistance ,program of the 
,department of ,defense1 and for other  
purposes4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act  
may be cited as the ,servicemembers'    
,choice in ,transition ,act of #bjac4   
#b4 ,contents of ,transition ,assistance
 ,program  7a7 ,in general ,section     
#aadd of title #aj1 ,united ,states     
,code1 is amended--  7#a7 in subsection 
7b71 by adding at the end the following 
new paragraph3  7#i7 ,provide           
information about disability-related    
employment and education protections4  2
  7#b7 by redesignating subsections 7c71
 7d71 and 7e7 as subsections 7d71 7e71  

and 7f71 respectively2 and  7#c7 by     
inserting after subsection 7b7 the      
following new subsection 7c73  7c7      
,additional elements of program ,the    
mandatory program carried out under this
 section shall include--  7#a7 for any  
member who plans to use the member's    
entitlement to educational assistance   
under title #ch--  7,a7 instruction     
providing an overview of the use of such
 entitlement2 and  7,b7 testing to      
determine academic readiness for        
post-secondary education1 courses of    
post-secondary education appropriate for
 the member1 courses of post-secondary  
education compatible with the member's  
education goals1 and instruction on how 
to finance the member's post-secondary  
education2 and  7#b7 instruction in the 
benefits under laws administered by the 
,secretary of ,veterans ,affairs and in 
other subjects determined by the        
,secretary concerned4  4  7b7 ,deadline 
for implementation ,the program carried 
out under section #aadd of title #aj1   

,united ,states ,code1 shall comply with
 the requirements of subsections 7b77#i7
 and 7c7 of such section1 as added by   
subsection 7a71 by not later than ,april
 #a1 #bjae4  7c7 ,feasibility study ,not
 later than #bgj days after the date of 
the enactment of this ,act1 the         
,secretary of ,veterans ,affairs shall  
submit to the ,committees on ,veterans' 
,affairs of the ,senate and the ,house  
of ,representatives the results of a    
study carried out by the ,secretary to  
determine the feasibility of providing  
the instruction described in subsection 
7b7 of section #aadb of title #aj1      
,united ,states ,code1 at all overseas  
locations where such instruction is     
provided by entering into a contract    
jointly with the ,secretary of ,labor   
for the provision of such instruction4
