,covered cabin ,the term covered cabin  
means a cabin 7including related        
structures7 on ,national ,forest ,system
 land in the ,state of ,alaska--  7,a7  
that is used for subsistence uses2  7,b7
 that is subject to section #acjc7;d7 of
 the ,alaska ,national ,interest ,lands 
,conservation ,act 7#af ,u4,s4,c4       
#caic7;d772  7,c7 that is subject to    
section #acaf7;a7 of the ,alaska        

,national ,interest ,lands ,conservation
 ,act 7#af ,u4,s4,c4 #cbjd7;a772 or     
7,d7 that is used for commercial fishing
 by a permittee that does not generate  
more than #ae1jjj in gross annual income
 from the fishery4  7#b7 ,subsistence   
uses ,the term subsistence uses has the 
meaning given the term in section #hjc  
of the ,alaska ,national ,interest      
,lands ,conservation ,act 7#af ,u4,s4,c4

cabin permit fees ,the maximum amount of
 the fee for the issuance of a special  
use permit by the ,secretary of         
,agriculture for the use and occupancy  
of ,national ,forest ,system land for a 
covered cabin shall be not more than
