 ,act may be cited as the ,apple ,red   
,tape ,elimination ,act of #bjac4  #b4  
,removal of ,,ams inspection authority  
over apples ,notwithstanding any other  
provision of law1 the ,secretary of     
,agriculture1 acting through the        
,agricultural ,marketing ,service1 shall
 have no authority to inspect apples
