and reuse project1 and for other

,wastewater and ,groundwater ,study and 
,facilities ,act 7,public ,law #ajb-ege1
 title ,,xvi2 #dc ,u4,s4,c4 #cij;h et   
seq47 is amended by inserting after     
section #afef the following3  #afeg4    
,city of ,hermiston1 ,oregon1 water     
recycling and reuse project  7a7        
,authorization ,the ,secretary1 in      
cooperation with the ,city of           
,hermiston1 ,oregon1 is authorized to   

participate in the design1 planning1 and
 construction of permanent facilities to
 reclaim and reuse water in the ,city of
 ,hermiston1 ,oregon4  7b7 ,cost share  
,the ,federal share of the costs of the 
project described in subsection 7a7     
shall not exceed #be percent of the     
total cost4  7c7 ,limitation ,the       
,secretary shall not provide funds for  
the operation and maintenance of the    
project described in subsection 7a74  4 
7b7 ,clerical amendment ,the table of   
sections in section #b of the           
,reclamation ,projects ,authorization   
and ,adjustment ,act of #aiib is amended
 by inserting after the item relating to
 section #afef the following3  ,sec4
