 sharps-by-mail program or similar      
program under part ,d of the ,medicare  
program4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act   
may be cited as the ,medicare ,safe     
,needle ,disposal ,coverage ,act of     
#bjac4  #b4 ,coverage of containment1   
removal1 decontamination and disposal of
 home-generated needles1 syringes1 and  
other sharps through a sharps container1
 decontamination_/destruction device1 or

 sharps-by-mail program or similar      
program under ,medicare part ,d  7a7 ,in

inserting after regulations of the
