the ,legislative ,reorganization ,act of
 #aidf 7#b ,u4,s4,c4 #ca7 is repealed4  
7b7 ,technical and conforming amendments
 ,section #fja7;a77#a7 of such ,act is  
amended--  7#a7 by striking 7a77#a7 and 
inserting 7a72  7#b7 by redesignating   
subparagraphs 7,a71 7,b71 and 7,c7 as   
paragraphs 7#a71 7#b71 and 7#c71        
respectively2 and  7#c7 by striking as  
adjusted by paragraph 7#b7 of this      

subsection and inserting adjusted as    
provided by law4  7c7 ,effective date
