general ,notwithstanding any other      
provision of law or any order1 for the  
purposes of the ,immigration and

 seq471 ,esidronio ,arreola-,saucedo1   
,maria ,elna ,cobian ,arreola1 ,nayely  
,arreola ,carlos1 and ,cindy ,jael      
,arreola shall be deemed to have been   
lawfully admitted to1 and remained in1  
the ,united ,states1 and shall be       
eligible for issuance of an immigrant   
visa or for adjustment of status under  
section #bde of the ,immigration and    
,nationality ,act 7#h ,u4,s4,c4 #abee74 

7b7 ,application and payment of fees    
,subsection 7a7 shall apply only if the 
applications for issuance of immigrant  
visas or the applications for adjustment
 of status are filed with appropriate   
fees not later than #b years after the  
date of the enactment of this ,act4  7c7
 ,reduction of immigrant visa numbers   
,upon the granting of immigrant visas to
 ,esidronio ,arreola-,saucedo1 ,maria   
,elna ,cobian ,arreola1 ,nayely ,arreola
 ,carlos1 and ,cindy ,jael ,arreola1 the
 ,secretary of ,state shall instruct the
 proper officer to reduce by #d1 during 
the current or subsequent fiscal year1  
the total number of immigrant visas that
 are made available to natives of the   
country of birth of ,esidronio          
,arreola-,saucedo1 ,marina ,elna ,cobian
 ,arreola1 ,nayely ,arreola ,carlos1 and
 ,cindy ,jael ,arreola under section    
#bjc7;a7 of the ,immigration and        
,nationality ,act 7#h ,u4,s4,c4         
#aaec7;a77 or1 if applicable1 the total 
number of immigrant visas that are made 

available to natives of the country of  
birth of ,esidronio ,arreola-,saucedo1  
,maria ,elna ,cobian ,arreola1 ,nayely  
,arreola ,carlos1 and ,cindy ,jael      
,arreola under section #bjb7;e7 of such 
,act 7#h ,u4,s4,c4 #aaeb7;c774  7d7     
,,paygo ,the budgetary effects of this  
,act1 for the purpose of complying with 
the ,statutory ,pay-,as-,you-,go ,act of
 #bjaj1 shall be determined by reference
 to the latest statement titled
