,,bill  ,to amend section #aaje7;a7 of  
title #ca1 ,united ,states ,code1 to    
require that annual budget submissions  
of the ,president to ,congress provide  
an estimate of the cost per taxpayer of 
the deficit1 and for other purposes4    
#a4 ,requirement in budget submission   
with respect to the cost per taxpayer of
 the deficit ,section #aaje7;a7 of title
 #ca1 ,united ,states ,code1 is         
amended--  7#a7 by redesignating        
paragraph 7#cg7 7relating to the list of
 outdated or duplicative plans and      
reports7 as paragraph 7#ci72 and  7#b7  
by adding at the end the following3     
7#dj7 in the case of a fiscal year in   
which the budget is projected to result 
in a deficit1 an estimate of the pro    

rata cost of such deficit for taxpayers 
who will file individual income tax     
returns for taxable years ending during 
such fiscal year4  4
