which was read twice and referred to the
 ,committee on ,finance  ,a ,,bill  ,to 
amend the ,internal ,revenue ,code of   
#aihf to allow refunds of ,federal motor
 fuel excise taxes on fuels used in     
mobile mammography vehicles4  #a4 ,short
 title ,this ,act may be cited as the   
,mobile ,mammography ,promotion ,act of 
#bjac4  #b4 ,refunds of federal motor   
fuel excise taxes for fuel used in      
mobile mammography vehicles  7a7        
,refunds ,section #fdbg of the ,internal
 ,revenue ,code of #aihf is amended by  
inserting after subsection 7f7 the      
following new subsection3  7g7 ,fuels   
used in mobile mammography vehicles     
,except as provided in subsection 7k71  
if any fuel on which tax was imposed by 
section #djda or #djha is used in any   
highway vehicle designed exclusively to 

provide mobile mammography services to  
patients within such vehicle1 the       
,secretary shall pay 7without interest7 
to the ultimate purchaser of such fuel  
an amount equal to the aggregate amount 
of the tax imposed on such fuel4  4  7b7
 ,exemption from retail tax ,section    
#djda of the ,internal ,revenue ,code of
 #aihf is amended by adding at the end  
the following new subsection3  7n7      
,fuels used in mobile mammography       
vehicles ,no tax shall be imposed under 
this section on any liquid sold for use 
in1 or used in1 any highway vehicle     
designed exclusively to provide mobile  
mammography services to patients within 
such vehicle4  4  7c7 ,effective date   
,the amendments made by this section    
shall take effect on the date of the    
enactment of this ,act4
