modify the boundary of the ,minuteman   
,missile ,national ,historic ,site in   
the ,state of ,south ,dakota1 and for   
other purposes4  #a4 ,short title ,this 
,act may be cited as the ,minuteman     
,missile ,national ,historic ,site      
,boundary ,modification ,act4  #b4      
,boundary modification ,section #c7;a7  
of the ,minuteman ,missile ,national    
,historic ,site ,establishment ,act of  
#aiii 7#af ,u4,s4,c4 #dfa note2 ,public 
,law #ajf-aae7 is amended--  7#a7 by    
redesignating paragraphs 7#c7 and 7#d7  
as paragraphs 7#d7 and 7#e71            
respectively2 and  7#b7 by inserting    
after paragraph 7#b7 the following3     
7#c7 ,visitor facility and              

administrative site  7,a7 ,in general   
,in addition to the components described
 in paragraph 7#b71 the historic site   
shall include a visitor facility and    
administrative site located on the      
parcel of land described in subparagraph
 7,b74  7,b7 ,description of land ,the  
land referred to in subparagraph 7,a7   
consists of--  7i7 approximately #be    
acres of land within the ,buffalo ,gap  
,national ,grassland1 located north of  
exit #aca on ,interstate #ij in ,jackson
 ,county1 ,south ,dakota1 as generally  
depicted on the map entitled ,minuteman 
,missile ,national ,historic ,site      
,boundary ,modification1 numbered       
#djf_/hj1jaa;,a1 and dated ,january #ad1
 #bjaa2 and  7ii7 approximately #c4fe   
acres of land located at the ,delta #a  
,launch ,control ,facility for the      
construction and use of a parking lot   
and for other administrative uses4  7,c7
 ,availability of map ,the map described
 in subparagraph 7,b7 shall be kept on  
file and available for public inspection

 in the appropriate offices of the      
,national ,park ,service4  7,d7         
,transfer of administrative jurisdiction
 ,administrative jurisdiction over the  
land described in subparagraph 7,b7 is  
transferred from the ,secretary of      
,agriculture to the ,secretary1 to be   
administered as part of the historic    
site4  7,e7 ,boundary adjustment ,the   
boundaries of the ,buffalo ,gap         
,national ,grassland are modified to    
exclude the land transferred under      
subparagraph 7,d74  4
