striking 7#a7 ,total amount4-- and all that follows through ,the ,secretary in subparagraph 7,a7 and inserting the following3 7#a7 ,total amount ,the ,secretary 2 7#b7 by striking 7as adjusted in lottery or gambling winnings 7#a7 ,in general ,any household in which a member receives substantial lottery or gambling winnings1 as determined by the ,secretary1 shall lose eligibility for benefits immediately upon receipt of the winnings4 7#b7 ,duration of ineligibility ,a household described in paragraph 7#a7 shall remain ineligible for participation until the household meets the allowable financial resources and income eligibility requirements under subsections 7c71 7d71 7e71 7f71 7g71 7i71 7k71 7l71 7m71 and 7n7 of section #e4 7#c7 ,agreements ,as determined by the ,secretary1 each ,state agency1 to the maximum extent practicable1 shall establish agreements with entities responsible for the regulation or sponsorship of gaming in the ,state to determine whether individuals participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program have received substantial lottery or gambling winnings4 4 7b7 ,conforming amendments ,section #e7;a7 of the ,food and ,nutrition ,act of #bjjh 7#g ,u4,s4,c4 #bjad7;a77 is amended in the second sentence by striking sections #f7;b71 #f7;d77#b71 and #f7;g7 and inserting subsections 7b71 7d77#b71 7g71 and 7r7 of section #f4 #f4
