,finance  ,a ,,bill  ,to allow seniors  
to file their ,federal income tax on a  
new ,form #ajdj,,sr4  #a4 ,short title  
,this ,act may be cited as the ,seniors'
 ,tax ,simplification ,act of #bjac4    
#b4 ,form #ajdj,,sr for seniors  7a7 ,in
 general ,the ,secretary of the         
,treasury 7or the ,secretary's delegate7
 shall make available a form1 to be     
known as ,form #ajdj,,sr1 for use by    
individuals to file the return of tax   
imposed by chapter #a of the ,internal  
,revenue ,code of #aihf4 ,such form     
shall be as similar as practicable to   
,form #ajdj;,,ez1 except that--  7#a7   
the form shall be available to          
individuals who have attained age #fe as
 of the close of the taxable year1  7#b7

 the form may be used even if income for
 the taxable year includes--  7,a7      
social security benefits 7as defined in 
section #hf7;d7 of the ,internal        
,revenue ,code of #aihf71  7,b7         
distributions from qualified retirement 
plans 7as defined in section #digd7;c7  
of such ,code71 annuities or other such 
deferred payment arrangements1  7,c7    
interest and dividends1 or  7,d7 capital
 gains and losses taken into account in 
determining adjusted net capital gain   
7as defined in section #a7;h77#c7 of    
such ,code71 and  7#c7 the form shall be
 available without regard to the amount 
of any item of taxable income or the    
total amount of taxable income for the  
taxable year4  7b7 ,effective date ,the 
form required by subsection 7a7 shall be
 made available for taxable years       
beginning after the date of the         
enactment of this ,act4
