,,bill  ,to provide for the conveyance  
of certain cemeteries that are located  
on ,national ,forest ,system land in    
,black ,hills ,national ,forest1 ,south 
,dakota4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act   
may be cited as the ,black ,hills       
,cemetery ,act4  #b4 ,land conveyances1 
certain cemeteries located in ,black    
,hills ,national ,forest1 ,south ,dakota
  7a7 ,cemetery conveyances required    
,the ,secretary of ,agriculture shall   
convey1 without consideration1 to the   
local communities in ,south ,dakota that
 are currently managing and maintaining 
certain community cemeteries 7as        
specified in subsection 7b77 all right1 
title1 and interest of the ,united      

,states in and to--  7#a7 the parcels of
 ,national ,forest ,system land         
containing such cemeteries2 and  7#b7 up
 to an additional two acres adjoining   
each cemetery in order to ensure the    
conveyances include unmarked gravesites 
and allow for expansion of the          
cemeteries4  7b7 ,property and          
recipients ,the properties to be        
conveyed under subsection 7a71 and the  
recipients of each property1 are as     
follows3  7#a7 ,the ,silver ,city       
,cemetery to the ,silver ,city          
,volunteer ,fire ,department4  7#b7 ,the
 ,hayward ,cemetery to the ,hayward     
,volunteer ,fire ,department4  7#c7 ,the
 encumbered land adjacent to the        
,englewood ,cemetery 7encompassing the  
cemetery entrance portal1 access road1  
fences1 #b1ejj gallon reservoir and     
building housing such reservoir1 and    
piping to provide sprinkling system to  
the cemetery7 to the ,city of ,lead4    
7#d7 ,the land adjacent to the ,mountain
 ,meadow ,cemetery to the ,mountain     

,meadow ,cemetery ,association4  7#e7   
,the ,roubaix ,cemetery to the ,roubaix 
,cemetery ,association4  7#f7 ,the ,nemo
 ,cemetery to the ,nemo ,cemetery       
,association4  7#g7 ,the ,galena        
,cemetery to the ,galena ,historical    
,society4  7#h7 ,the ,rockerville       
,cemetery to the ,rockerville ,community
 ,club4  7#i7 ,the ,cold ,springs       
,cemetery 7including adjacent school    
yard and log building7 to the ,cold     
,springs ,historical ,society4  7c7     
,condition of conveyance ,each          
conveyance under subsection 7a7 shall be
 subject to the condition that the      
recipient accept the conveyed real      
property in its condition at the time of
 the conveyance4  7d7 ,use of land      
conveyed ,the lands conveyed under      
subsection 7a7 shall continue to be used
 in the same manner and for the same    
purposes as they were immediately prior 
to their conveyance under this ,act4    
7e7 ,description of property ,the exact 
acreage and legal description of each   

parcel of real property to be conveyed  
under subsection 7a7 shall be determined
 by surveys satisfactory to the         
,secretary4 ,the cost of the survey for 
a particular parcel shall be borne by   
the recipient of such parcel4  7f7      
,additional terms and conditions ,the   
,secretary may require such additional  
terms and conditions in connection with 
the conveyances under subsection 7a7 as 
the ,secretary considers appropriate to 
protect the interests of the ,united    
,states4
