property of the ,siletz tribe of the    
,state of ,oregon ,section #g of the    
,siletz ,tribe ,indian ,restoration ,act
 7#be ,u4,s4,c4 #gaa;e7 is amended by   
adding at the end the following3  7f7   
,treatment of certain property  7#a7 ,in
 general  7,a7 ,title ,the ,secretary   
may accept title to any additional      
number of acres of real property located
 within the boundaries of the original  
#ahee ,siletz ,coast ,reservation       
established by ,executive ,order dated  
,november #i1 #ahee1 comprised of land  
within the political boundaries of      

,benton1 ,douglas1 ,lane1 ,lincoln1     
,tillamook1 and ,yamhill ,counties in   
the ,state of ,oregon1 if that real     
property is conveyed or otherwise       
transferred to the ,united ,states by or
 on behalf of the tribe4  7,b7 ,trust   
,land to which title is accepted by the 
,secretary under this paragraph shall be
 held in trust by the ,united ,states   
for the benefit of the tribe4  7#b7     
,treatment as part of reservation ,all  
real property that is taken into trust  
under paragraph 7#a7 shall--  7,a7 be   
considered and evaluated as an          
on-reservation acquisition under part   
#aea4aj of title #be1 ,code of ,federal 
,regulations 7or successor regulations72
 and  7,b7 become part of the           
reservation of the tribe4  7#c7         
,prohibition on gaming ,any real        
property taken into trust under         
paragraph 7#a7 shall not be eligible1 or
 used1 for any gaming activity carried  
out under the ,indian ,gaming
