,restoring individual liberty ,sections 
#aeja and #aejb and subsections 7a71    
7b71 7c71 and 7d7 of section #ajajf of  
the ,patient ,protection and ,affordable
 ,care ,act 7and the amendments made by 

such sections and subsections7 are      
repealed and the ,internal ,revenue     
,code of #aihf shall be applied and     
administered as if such provisions and  
amendments had never been enacted4
