of surplus land within the boundary of  
the ,natchez ,trace ,parkway1 and for   
other purposes4  #a4 ,short title ,this 
,act may be cited as the ,natchez ,trace
 ,parkway ,land ,conveyance ,act of     
#bjac4  #b4 ,definitions ,in this ,act3 
7#a7 ,map ,the term map means the map   
entitled ,natchez ,trace ,parkway1      
,proposed ,boundary ,change1 numbered   
#fjd_/ajecib1 and dated ,november #bjaj4
  7#b7 ,secretary ,the term ,secretary  
means the ,secretary of the ,interior4  
7#c7 ,state ,the term ,state means the  
,state of ,mississippi4  #c4 ,land      
conveyance  7a7 ,conveyance authority   
7#a7 ,in general ,subject to paragraph  
7#b71 the ,secretary shall convey to the
 ,state1 by quitclaim deed and without  
consideration1 all right1 title1 and    
interest of the ,united ,states in and  
to the parcels of land described in     

subsection 7b74  7#b7 ,compatible use   
,the deed of conveyance to the parcel of
 land that is located southeast of      
,u4,s4 ,route #fa_/hd and which is      
commonly known as the bean field        
property shall reserve an easement to   
the ,united ,states restricting the use 
of the parcel to only those uses which  
are compatible with the ,natchez ,trace 
,parkway4  7b7 ,description of land ,the
 parcels of land referred to in         
subsection 7a7 are the #b parcels       
totaling approximately #fg acres        
generally depicted as ,proposed         
,conveyance on the map4  7c7            
,availability of map ,the map shall be  
on file and available for public        
inspection in the appropriate offices of
 the ,national ,park ,service4  #d4     
,boundary adjustments  7a7 ,exclusion of
 conveyed land ,on completion of the    
conveyance to the ,state of the land    
described in section #c7;b71 the        
boundary of the ,natchez ,trace ,parkway
 shall be adjusted to exclude the       

conveyed land4  7b7 ,inclusion of       
additional land  7#a7 ,in general       
,effective on the date of enactment of  
this ,act1 the boundary of the ,natchez 
,trace ,parkway is adjusted to include  
the approximately #aj acres of land that
 is generally depicted as ,proposed     
,addition on the map4  7#b7             
,administration ,the land added under   
paragraph 7#a7 shall be administered by 
the ,secretary as part of the ,natchez  
,trace ,parkway4  ,passed the ,senate   
,june #ai1 #bjac4  ,secretary
