and at the end2  7#b7 in subparagraph   
7,u71 by striking the period at the end 
and inserting a semicolon and and2 and  
7#c7 by adding at the end the following3
  7,v7 an offense described in section  
#faa of title #ah1 ,united ,states      
,code1 committed by an alien who is     

unlawfully present in the ,united       
,states4  4  7b7 ,deportable offense    
,paragraph 7#b7 of section #bcg7;a7 of  
the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act  
7#h ,u4,s4,c4 #abbg7;a77 is amended by  
adding at the end the following3  7,g7  
,voting offenses ,any alien who is      
unlawfully present in the ,united       
,states and who knowingly commits a     
violation of section #faa of title #ah1
