formerly a part of ,acadia ,national    
,park that was transferred to the town  
of ,tremont1 ,maine1 and for other      
purposes4  #a4 ,use restriction removed 
,the ,act entitled ,an ,act to authorize
 the conveyance1 for school purposes1 of
 certain land in ,acadia ,national ,park
 to the town of ,tremont1 ,maine1 and   
for other purposes1 approved ,august #a1
 #aiej1 is amended by adding at the end 
the following3 ,lands conveyed to the   
town of ,tremont1 ,maine1 under the ,act
 known as ,,nps ,tract #jf-abf1 which   
were conveyed by the ,national ,park    
,service in deed recorded at the        
,hancock ,county ,registry of ,deeds    
,book #gcg ,page #dfg1 ,national ,park  

,service ,deed #cgg1 shall no longer be 
required to be used exclusively and     
perpetually for school purposes and upon
 the discontinuance of such use of said 
land1 or any part thereof1 shall no     
longer be required to revert to the     
,united ,states44
