,public ,works  ,a ,,bill  ,to amend    
title #bc1 ,united ,states ,code1 with  
respect to weight limitations for       
natural gas vehicles1 and for other     
purposes4  #a4  ,short title  ,this ,act
 may be cited as the ,natural ,gas ,long
 ,haul ,truck ,competitiveness ,act of  
#bjad4  #b4  ,weight limitations for    
natural gas vehicles  ,section #abg of  
title #bc1 ,united ,states ,code1 is    
amended by adding at the end the        
following3  7j7  ,natural gas vehicles  
,not later than #ij days after the date 
of enactment of this subsection1 the    
,secretary shall issue regulations under
 section #eec of title #e1 ,united      
,states ,code1 to allow a vehicle1 if   
operated by an engine fueled primarily  

by natural gas1 to exceed any vehicle   
weight limit under this section by an   
amount that is equal to the difference  
between--  7#a7 the weight of the       
vehicle attributable to the natural gas 
tank and fueling system carried by that 
vehicle2 and  7#b7 the weight of a      
comparable diesel tank and fueling
