undertaken within the jurisdiction of   
the ,united ,states1 no verdict1 order1 
warrant1 or writ issued by the          
,government of ,egypt or any court1     
administrative tribunal1 or other       
authority of the ,government of ,egypt  
in any instance relating to the legal   
charges1 trial proceedings1 and         
convictions issued by the ,cairo        

,criminal ,court on ,june #d1 #bjac1 in 
,public ,prosecution ,case ,no4 #aaaj   
for the ,year #bjab against #dc staff of
 five international nongovernmental     
organizations shall be considered a     
conviction and no person named in such  
verdict1 order1 warrant1 or writ shall  
be considered to have been charged1     
accused1 found guilty1 or convicted4
