certain ,federal land and interests in  
that land from location1 entry1 and     
patent under the mining laws and        
disposition under the mineral and       
geothermal leasing laws4  #a4 ,short    
title ,this ,act may be cited as the    
,north ,fork ,watershed ,protection ,act
 of #bjac4  #b4 ,definitions ,in this   
,act3  7#a7 ,eligible ,federal land ,the
 term eligible ,federal land means--    
7,a7 any federally owned land or        
interest in land depicted on the ,map as
 within the ,north ,fork ,federal ,lands
 ,withdrawal ,area2 or  7,b7 any land or
 interest in land located within the    
,north ,fork ,federal ,lands ,withdrawal
 ,area that is acquired by the ,federal 

,government after the date of enactment 
of this ,act4  7#b7 ,map ,the term ,map 
means the ,bureau of ,land ,management  
map entitled ,north ,fork ,federal      
,lands ,withdrawal ,area and dated ,june
 #i1 #bjaj4  #c4 ,withdrawal  7a7       
,withdrawal ,subject to valid existing  
rights1 the eligible ,federal land is   
withdrawn from--  7#a7 all forms of     
location1 entry1 and patent under the   
mining laws2 and  7#b7 disposition under
 all laws relating to mineral leasing   
and geothermal leasing4  7b7            
,availability of map ,not later than #cj
 days after the date of enactment of    
this ,act1 the ,map shall be made       
available to the public at each         
appropriate office of the ,bureau of    
,land ,management4
