later than #ah months after the date of 
enactment of this ,act1 the ,secretary  
of ,health and ,human ,services shall   
develop a plan for improved coordination
 of ,federal activities with respect to 
traumatic brain injury4 ,such plan      
shall-- 7#a7 review existing interagency
 coordination efforts with respect to   
,federal activities related to traumatic
 brain injury1 including services for   
individuals with traumatic brain injury2
  7#b7 identify areas for improved      
coordination between relevant ,federal  
agencies and programs1 including        
agencies and programs with a focus on   
serving individuals with disabilities2  
7#c7 identify each recommendation in the
 report required by section #cic;,c7b7  
of the ,public ,health ,service ,act    
7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #bhj;b-#a;d7b77 that has 
been adopted and each such              
recommendation that has not been        
adopted1 and describe any planned       
activities to address each such         

recommendation that has not been        
adopted2 and  7#d7 incorporate1 as      
appropriate1 stakeholder feedback1      
including feedback from individuals with
 traumatic brain injury and their       
caregivers4  7b7 ,submission to         
,congress ,the ,secretary of ,health and
 ,human ,services shall submit the plan 
developed under subsection 7a7 to the   
,committee on ,health1 ,education1      
,labor1 and ,pensions of the ,senate and
 the ,committee on ,energy and ,commerce
 of the ,house of ,representatives4  #f4
 ,review of brain injury management in  
children ,the ,director of the ,centers 
for ,disease ,control and ,prevention1  
in consultation with the ,director of   
the ,national ,institutes of ,health1   
shall conduct a review of the scientific
 evidence related to brain injury       
management in children1 such as the     
restriction or prohibition of children  
from attending school or participating  
in athletic activities following a head 
injury1 and identify ongoing and        

potential further opportunities for     
research4 ,not later than #b years after
 the date of enactment of this ,act1 the
 ,director of the ,centers for ,disease 
,control and ,prevention shall submit to
 the ,committee on ,health1 ,education1 
,labor1 and ,pensions of the ,senate and
 the ,committee on ,energy and ,commerce
 of the ,house of ,representatives the  
results of such review4  ,passed the    
,senate ,september #af1 #bjad4,secretary
