the ,embassy ,security ,funds ,transfer 
,act of #bjac4  #b4 ,transfer of certain
 funds for improvement of security at   
,united ,states embassies and other     
diplomatic facilities worldwide  7a7    
,transfer authority ,funds appropriated 
by title ,,viii of the ,department of   
,state1 ,foreign ,operations1 and       
,related ,programs ,appropriations ,act 
of #bjab 7division ,i of ,public ,law   
#aab-gd2 #abe ,stat4 #abfe7 under the   
headings ,diplomatic and ,consular      
,programs and ,embassy ,security1       
,construction1 and ,maintenance may be  
transferred between such headings4  7b7 
,availability  7#a7 ,in general ,any    
funds transferred to a heading under    
subsection 7a7 shall be merged with     

funds in the heading to which           
transferred1 and shall1 except as       
provided in paragraph 7#b71 be available
 subject to the same terms and          
conditions as the funds with which      
merged4  7#b7 ,duration of availability 
,any funds transferred under subsection 
7a7 shall be available for the same     
period for which such funds were        
originally appropriated4  7c7           
,notification procedures ,any transfer  
of funds under subsection 7a7 shall be  
subject to the regular notification     
procedures of the ,committees on        
,appropriations of the ,senate and the  
,house of ,representatives4  ,passed the
 ,senate ,february #d1 #bjac4           
,secretary
