,actions ,any action taken by the

any ,indian tribe that was federally    
recognized on the date of that action is

,congress1 been specifically authorized

of the decision of the ,supreme ,court  
in the case styled ,carcieri v4 ,salazar

 and tribal land2 and  7,b7 includes a  
list of each ,indian tribe and parcel of
 tribal land affected by that decision4 
7#b7 ,publication ,on completion of the 
report under paragraph 7#a7 and by not  
later than #a year after the date of    
enactment of this ,act1 the ,secretary  
of the ,interior shall publish the list 
described in paragraph 7#a77;,b7-- 7,a7 
in the ,federal ,register2 and  7,b7 on 
the public website of the ,department of
 the ,interior4  ,august #bf1
