the transition between experimental     
permits and commercial licenses for     
commercial reusable launch vehicles4    
#a4  ,commercial space launch licensing 
,section #ejijf of title #ea1 ,united   
,states ,code1 is amended--  7#a7 in    
subsection 7e77#a71 by striking         
suborbital rocket design and inserting  
suborbital rocket or rocket design2 and 
7#b7 by amending subsection 7g7 to read 
as follows3  7g7 ,a permit may be       
issued1 and a permit that has already   
been issued shall remain valid for the  
uses described in subsection 7d71 for a 
particular reusable suborbital rocket or
 rocket design after a license has been 

issued for the launch or reentry of a   
rocket of that design4  4
