,definition ,in this section1 the term  
,national ,flood ,insurance ,program    
means the program established under the 
,national ,flood ,insurance ,act of

7b7 ,no refunds for coverage of second  
homes ,notwithstanding section          
#c7;a77#d7 of the ,homeowner ,flood     
,insurance ,affordability ,act of #bjad 
or any other provision of law1 in the   
case of flood insurance coverage under  
the ,national ,flood ,insurance ,program

 for a residential property that is not 
the primary residence of an individual  
7as that term is used in section        
#acjg7;a77#b77;,a7 of the ,national     
,flood ,insurance ,act of #aifh 7#db    
,u4,s4,c4 #djad7;a77#b77;,a7771 the     
,administrator of the ,federal          
,emergency ,management ,agency may not  
refund any premium for such coverage    
collected in excess of the rates        
required under the provisions of1 and   
amendments made by1 section #c of the
