,short title ,this ,act may be cited as 
the ,stolen ,valor ,act of #bjac4  #b4  
,fraudulent representations about       
receipt of military decorations or      
medals  7a7 ,in general ,section #gjd of
 title #ah1 ,united ,states ,code1 is   
amended--  7#a7 in subsection 7a71 by   
striking wears12 and  7#b7 so that      
subsection 7b7 reads as follows3  7b7   
,fraudulent representations about       
receipt of military decorations or      
medals ,whoever1 with intent to obtain  
money1 property1 or other tangible      
benefit1 fraudulently holds oneself out 

to be a recipient of a decoration or    
medal described in subsection 7c77#b7 or
 7d7 shall be fined under this title1   
imprisoned not more than one year1 or   
both4  4  7b7 ,addition of certain other
 medals ,section #gjd7;d7 of title #ah1 
,united ,states ,code1 is amended--     
7#a7 by striking ,if a decoration and   
inserting the following3  7#a7 ,in      
general ,if a decoration  2  7#b7 by    
inserting a combat badge1 after #aabi of
 title #aj12 and  7#c7 by adding at the 
end the following3  7#b7 ,combat badge  
defined ,in this subsection1 the term   
combat badge means a ,combat            
,infantryman's ,badge1 ,combat ,action  
,badge1 ,combat ,medical ,badge1 ,combat
 ,action ,ribbon1 or ,combat ,action    
,medal4  4  7c7 ,conforming amendment   
,section #gjd of title #ah1 ,united     
,states ,code1 is amended in each of    
subsections 7c77#a7 and 7d7 by striking
