following bill2 which was read twice and
 referred to the ,committee on ,energy  
and ,natural ,resources  ,a ,,bill  ,to 
provide for the use of hand-propelled   
vessels in ,yellowstone ,national ,park1
 ,grand ,teton ,national ,park1 and the 
,national ,elk ,refuge1 and for other   
purposes4  #a4 ,short title  ,this ,act 
may be cited as the ,river ,paddling    
,protection ,act4  #b4 ,regulations     
superseded  7a7 ,in general ,the rivers 
and streams of ,yellowstone ,national   
,park and ,grand ,teton ,national ,park 
shall be open to hand-propelled vessels 
as determined by the ,director of the   
,national ,park ,service within #c years
 of the date of enactment of this ,act4 
,beginning on the date that is #c years 
after the date of enactment of this     
,act1 the following regulations shall   
have no force or effect regarding       

closing rivers and streams of           
,yellowstone ,national ,park and ,grand 
,teton ,national ,park to hand-propelled
 vessels3 7#a7 ,section                 
#g4ac7;d77#d77;ii7 of title #cf1 ,code  
of ,federal ,regulations1 regarding     
vessels on streams and rivers in        
,yellowstone ,national ,park4  7#b7     
,section #g4bb7;e77#c7 of title #cf1    
,code of ,federal ,regulations1         
regarding vessels on lakes and rivers in
 ,grand ,teton ,national ,park4  7b7    
,coordination of recreational use ,the  
,fish and ,wildlife ,service shall      
coordinate any recreational use of      
hand-propelled vessels on the ,gros     
,ventre ,river within the ,national ,elk
 ,refuge with ,grand ,teton ,national   
,park to ensure such use is consistent  
with the requirements of the ,national  
,wildlife ,refuge ,system               
,administration ,act of #aiff 7#af
