,,bill  ,to amend the ,patient          
,protection and ,affordable ,care ,act  
to provide for a fixed annual open      
enrollment period4  #a4 ,short title    
,this ,act may be cited as the ,premium 
,disclosure ,act4  #b4 ,annual open     
enrollment periods under the ,,aca      
,section #acaa7;c77#f7 of the ,patient  
,protection and ,affordable ,care ,act  
7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #ahjca7;c77#f77 is       
amended-- 7#a7 by striking subparagraph 
7,b7 and inserting the following3  7,b7 
annual open enrollment periods that     
commence on ,october #ae and end on     
,december #g of each calendar year after
 the initial open enrollment period1 and

 such dates shall not be subject to     
modification by any action of the       
,secretary2  2 and  7#b7 by adding at   
the end the following flush sentence3   
,the ,secretary shall carry out         
activities that are designed to broadly 
disseminate information to qualified    
individuals 7and individuals who may    
become qualified individuals7 concerning
 open enrollment periods1 monthly       
beneficiary premiums1 and beneficiary   
cost-sharing requirements under         
qualified health plans under this part4 
,such activities shall ensure that such 
information is first made available to  
individuals at least #cj days prior to  
the initial open enrollment period4 4
