,department of ,labor or the ,u4,s4     
,government ,accountability ,office4    
7d7 ,status of applicants ,it is the    
duty of the states to verify the        
residency1 employment1 legal1 and income
 status of applicants for ,unemployment 
,insurance and no ,federal funds may be 
expended for purposes of determining an 
individual's eligibility under this     
,act4  7e7 ,effective date ,the         
prohibition under subsection 7a7 shall  
apply to weeks of unemployment beginning
 on or after the date of the enactment
