#b7;c77#b77;,d77iii7 of the ,railroad ,unemployment ,insurance ,act 7#de ,u4,s4,c4 #ceb7;c77#b77;,d77iii77 is amended-- 7#a7 by striking ,june #cj1 #bjac and inserting ,june #cj1 #bjad2 and 7#b7 by striking ,december #ca1 #bjac and inserting ,december #ca1 #bjad4 7b7 ,clarification on authority ,to use funds ,funds appropriated under either the first or second sentence of clause 7iv7 of section #b7;c77#b77;,d7 of the ,railroad ,unemployment ,insurance ,act shall be available to cover the cost of additional extended unemployment benefits provided under such section #b7;c77#b77;,d7 by reason of the amendments made by subsection 7a7 as well as to cover the cost of such benefits provided under such section #b7;c77#b77;,d71 as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this ,act4 7c7 ,funding for administration ,out of any funds in the ,treasury not otherwise appropriated1 there are appropriated to the ,railroad ,retirement ,board #bej1jjj for administrative expenses associated with the payment of additional extended unemployment benefits provided under section #b7;c77#b77;,d7 of the ,railroad ,unemployment ,insurance ,act by reason of the amendments made by subsection 7a71 to remain available until expended4 #f4 ,subsequent emergency unemployment compensation agreements 7a7 ,in general ,effective as of the date of the enactment of this ,act1 subsection 7g7 of section #djja of the ,supplemental ,appropriations ,act1 #bjjh 7,public ,law #aaj-beb2 #bf ,u4,s4,c4 #ccjd note7 shall not apply with respect to a ,state whose agreement under title ,,iv of such ,act was terminated in #bjac4 7b7 ,permitting a subsequent agreement ,nothing in such title ,,iv shall preclude a ,state described in subsection 7a7 from entering into a subsequent agreement under such title on or after the date of the enactment of this ,act if the ,state1 taking into account the application of subsection 7a71 would otherwise meet the requirements for an agreement under
