and ,affordable ,care ,act ,effective as

,protection and ,affordable ,care ,act

repealed1 and the provisions of law     
amended or repealed by such ,act are    
restored or revived as if such ,act had 
not been enacted4  7b7 ,health ,care and
 ,education ,reconciliation ,act of     
#bjaj ,effective as of the enactment of 
the ,health ,care and ,education        
,reconciliation ,act of #bjaj 7,public  
,law #aaa-aeb71 such ,act is repealed1
