,rodenticide ,act to improve the use of 
certain registered pesticides4  #a4 ,use
 of registered pesticides ,section      
#c7;f7 of the ,federal ,insecticide1    
,fungicide1 and ,rodenticide ,act 7#g   
,u4,s4,c4 #acf;a7f77 is amended by      
adding at the end the following3  7#e7  
,use of registered pesticides           
,notwithstanding any other law1 no      
permit shall be required for--  7,a7 the
 use of a pesticide that is registered  
or otherwise authorized for use under   

this ,act1 if that use is in accordance 
with this ,act2 or  7,b7 7i7 the use of 
a biological control organism 7as       
defined in section #djc of the ,plant   
,protection ,act 7#g ,u4,s4,c4 #ggjb77  
for the prevention1 control1 or         
eradication of a plant pest or noxious  
weed1 if that use is in accordance with 
that ,act 7#g ,u4,s4,c4 #ggja et seq472 
or  7ii7 the conduct of any other plant 
pest1 noxious weed1 or pest control     
activity under that ,act1 if that       
activity is conducted in accordance with
 that ,act4  4
