may be cited as the ,restoring          
,america's ,competitiveness in          
,enterprise 7,,race7 ,act of #bjac4  #b4
 ,reduction in corporate tax rate  7a7  
,in general ,subsection 7b7 of section  
#aa of the ,internal ,revenue ,code of  
#aihf is amended to read as follows3    
7b7 ,amount of tax ,the amount of tax   
imposed by subsection 7a7 shall be the  
sum of--  7#a7 #ae percent of so much of
 the taxable income as does not exceed  
#ej1jjj1 and  7#b7 #bj percent of so    
much of the taxable income as exceeds   
#ej1jjj4  4  7b7 ,effective date ,the   

amendment made by this section shall    
apply to taxable years beginning after  
the date of the enactment of this ,act4
