the sense of the ,senate that ,congress 
should--  7#a7 create a roadmap for     
immigrants who are here without legal   
status to earn citizenship1 provided    
they pay taxes1 complete a background   
check1 learn ,english1 and show a       

commitment to ,america2  7#b7 allow     
students who came to ,america as        
children to earn citizenship by         
attending college or joining the ,armed 
,forces2  7#c7 protect the              
sustainability of the ,american         
agricultural industry1 including the    
dairy industry1 with a stable and legal 
agricultural workforce2  7#d7 encourage 
those who seek to invest in the ,united 
,states and create ,american jobs2  7#e7
 permit and encourage individuals who   
earn an advanced degree from one of our 
world-class universities to remain in   
the ,united ,states1 rather than using  
that education to work for our

 and strengthen our ,nation's           
commitments regarding security along our
