trusts established under section

reports that contain detailed           
information regarding the receipt and   
disposition of claims for injuries based
 on exposure to asbestos2 and for other 
purposes4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act  
may be cited as the ,furthering         
,asbestos ,claim ,transparency 7,,fact7 
,act of #bjac4  #b4 ,amendments ,section

 #ebd7;g7 of title #aa1 ,united ,states 
,code1 is amended by adding at the end  
the following3  7#h7 ,a trust described 
in paragraph 7#b7 shall1 subject to     
section #ajg-- 7,a7 file with the       
bankruptcy court1 not later than #fj    
days after the end of every quarter1 a  
report that shall be made available on  
the court's public docket and with      
respect to such quarter-- 7i7 describes 
each demand the trust received from1    
including the name and exposure history 
of1 a claimant and the basis for any    
payment from the trust made to such     
claimant2 and  7ii7 does not include any
 confidential medical record or the     
claimant's full social security number2 
and  7,b7 upon written request1 and     
subject to payment 7demanded at the     
option of the trust7 for any reasonable 
cost incurred by the trust to comply    
with such request1 provide in a timely  
manner any information related to       
payment from1 and demands for payment   
from1 such trust1 subject to appropriate

 protective orders1 to any party to any 
action in law or equity if the subject  
of such action concerns liability for   
asbestos exposure4  4  #c4 ,effective   
date2 application of amendments  7a7    
,effective date ,except as provided in  
subsection 7b71 this ,act and the       
amendments made by this ,act shall take 
effect on the date of the enactment of  
this ,act4  7b7 ,application of         
amendments ,the amendments made by this 
,act shall apply with respect to cases  
commenced under title #aa of the ,united
 ,states ,code before1 on1 or after the 
date of the enactment of this ,act4
