project implementation relating to the  
comprehensive ,everglades restoration   
plan4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act may  
be cited as the ,everglades for the     
,next ,generation ,act4  #b4            
,comprehensive ,everglades restoration  
plan ,section #fja7;d7 of the ,water    
,resources ,development ,act of #bjjj   
7,public ,law #ajf-eda2 #aad ,stat4     
#bfhd7 is amended--  7#a7 in paragraph  
7#a71 by inserting and subject to       
paragraph 7#c7 after subsection 7b7 or  
7c72 and  7#b7 by adding at the end the 
following3  7#c7 ,expedited project     
implementation ,after completing a      

project implementation report prepared  
in accordance with subsections 7f7 and  
7h71 the ,secretary may carry out1      
without any further congressional       
authorization1 projects for--  7,a7 the 
,caloosahatchee ,river 7,c-#dc7 ,west   
,basin ,storage ,reservoir2  7,b7 the   
,biscayne ,bay coastal wetland2  7,c7   
,broward ,county water preserve areas2  
7,d7 the ,c-#aaa ,spreader ,canal2  7,e7
 any other project identified in the    
,plan for which a project implementation
 report is completed that is in         
accordance with an integrated delivery  
schedule approved by the ,chief of      
,engineers and the ,south ,florida      
,water ,management ,district1 in        
consultation with the ,south ,florida   
,ecosystem ,restoration ,task ,force1   
subject to the condition that the report
 is completed not later than #e years   
after the date of enactment of this     
paragraph2 and  7,f7 any group of       
projects under the ,plan that the       
,secretary determines will provide      

regional or watershed ecosystem or water
 supply benefits if the group of        
projects is constructed in accordance   
with a project implementation report    
approved by the ,chief of ,engineers and
 the ,south ,florida ,water ,management 
,district1 in consultation with the     
,south ,florida ,ecosystem ,restoration 
,task ,force1 not later than #e years   
after the date of enactment of this     
paragraph4  4
