amended by adding at the end the        
following3  77 ,beaver1 ,chipuxet1      
,queen1 ,wood1 and ,pawcatuck ,rivers1  
,rhode ,island and ,connecticut ,the    

approximately #aj-mile segment of the   
,beaver ,river from its headwaters in   
,exeter1 ,rhode ,island1 to its         
confluence with the ,pawcatuck ,river2  
the approximately #e-mile segment of the
 ,chipuxet ,river from ,hundred ,acre   
,pond to its outlet into ,worden ,pond2 
the approximately #aj-mile segment of   
the upper ,queen ,river from its        
headwaters to the ,usquepaugh ,dam in   
,south ,kingstown1 ,rhode ,island1 and  
including all its tributaries2 the      
approximately #e-mile segment of the    
lower ,queen 7,usquepaugh7 ,river from  
the ,usquepaugh ,dam to its confluence  
with the ,pawcatuck ,river2 the         
approximately #aa-mile segment of the   
upper ,wood ,river from its headwaters  
to ,skunk ,hill ,road in ,richmond and  
,hopkinton1 ,rhode ,island1 and         
including all its tributaries2 the      
approximately #aj-mile segment of the   
lower ,wood ,river from ,skunk ,hill    
,road to its confluence with the        
,pawcatuck ,river2 the approximately

 and ,westerly1 ,rhode ,island2 and the

lower ,pawcatuck ,river from ,nooseneck 
,hill ,road to ,pawcatuck ,rock1        
,stonington1 ,connecticut1 and          
,westerly1 ,rhode ,island4  4  7b7      
,study and report ,section #e7;b7 of the
 ,wild and ,scenic ,rivers ,act 7#af    
,u4,s4,c4 #abgf7;b77 is amended by      
adding at the end the following3  77    
,beaver1 ,chipuxet1 ,queen1 ,wood1 and  
,pawcatuck ,rivers1 ,rhode ,island and  
,connecticut ,not later than #c years   
after the date on which funds are made  
available to carry out this paragraph1  
the ,secretary of the ,interior shall-- 
7,a7 complete the study of the ,beaver1 
,chipuxet1 ,queen1 ,wood1 and ,pawcatuck
 ,rivers1 ,rhode ,island and            
,connecticut1 described in subsection   
7a7772  7,b7 submit a report describing 
the results of that study to the        

appropriate committees of ,congress2    
7,c7 include in the report under        
subparagraph 7,b7 the effect of the     
designation under this ,act on-- 7i7    
existing commercial and recreational    
activities1 such as hunting1 fishing1   
trapping1 recreational shooting1 motor  
boat use1 or bridge construction2  7ii7 
the authorization1 construction1        
operation1 maintenance1 or improvement  
of energy production and transmission   
infrastructure2 and  7iii7 the authority
 of ,state and local governments to     
manage those activities encompassed in  
clauses 7i7 and 7ii72 and  7,d7         
identify-- 7i7 all authorities that will
 authorize or require the ,secretary to 
influence local land use decisions 7such
 as zoning7 or place restrictions on    
non-,federal land if the area studied is
 designated under this paragraph2  7ii7 
all authorities that the ,secretary may 
use to condemn property if the area     
studied is designated under this        
paragraph2 and  7iii7 all private       

property located in the area studied    
under this provision4  4  ,passed the
